Initial appointments booked online are payable in advance (If you would prefer to pay for an initial appointment at the time of the appointment, please book by phone or email.) You will receive a text reminder 24 hours ahead of your appointment. If you can rebook within a week, I will waive the fee, as I would always prefer to see you – this depends on availability.

IVF Treatment

IVF can involve very specific timings, so I offer a support package that includes appointments outside standard clinic times – please get in touch if you would like to know more.

Insurance

Many private health insurance companies cover the cost of treatment with BAcC registered acupuncturists. Please contact your insurance company first, as Ts&Cs of different companies can change.

Low Cost Treatment

I strongly believe that Five Element Acupuncture should be available to all, so I offer 2 treatments a month to new patients on lower incomes, capped at £30 per treatment. Gift Vouchers are available.

Conveniently near the A22, the clinic is approx 20 minutes from Lewes and Uckfield, 30 minutes from Eastbourne. There is plenty of offroad parking
