About Jeanie

Jeanie graduated from the London Institute of Five Element Acupuncture in July 2010, with a Lic. Ac. (Distinction) after an intensive 3 year program.

She trained under the tutelage of Master Practitioner and fertility expert Gerad Kite, and keeps up to date with continuing professional development, attending courses by some of the most experienced international tutors of Five Element Acupuncture such as Judy Worsley, Niki Bilton and Nora Franglan.

“I initially tried acupuncture for fertility – not only did I get pregnant naturally, but I soon noticed other benefits: better sleep, a healthier digestive system and plenty of energy. I retrained to enable others to experience the simplicity, elegance, and effectiveness of this system of medicine, which never fails to amaze and inspire me. I love working with each of my patients to help them regain and maintain health, physically, mentally and emotionally to enable them to get the best out of themselves”.

She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the leading body of Traditional Acupuncturists in the UK. The BAcC ensures that its practitioners meet the highest professional standards of professional conduct & practice.

When Jeanie isn’t in the treatment room, she is usually found in the garden: nurturing her veg patch and growing beautiful flowers or running over the South Downs.

The Clinic

Jeanie set up her own clinic in 2010, creating a tranquil, relaxing space in the countryside. Both the waiting room and treatment room are designed to put you at ease.  There is a bench outside clinic, to soak up the sunshine on fine days.

The clinic looks out onto an orchard, which was planted by friends and family in 2014 with many trees grafted by her father from his fruit orchard.  As well as a providing a natural habitat for wildlife, it produces a beautiful display of blossom and an abundance of apples and pears every year. Beyond the orchard is a wildflower meadow, created in 2021, which gently changes throughout the seasons.

“I wanted to create a tranquil space that worked in harmony with the countryside around it. Right from the moment a patient enters the waiting room, they walk into a serene environment, away from the hustle and bustle of life – which has a therapeutic benefit in itself."

Within easy reach of Eastbourne, Lewes, Uckfield and Hailsham, the clinic has plenty of free parking.
